Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be creative to take this paint class?

No, not at all! There is no paint experience necessary to take our classes. We pre-sketch all of the canvases to ensure an easy and enjoyable painting experience, and help you every step of the way.

How many people can attend your classes?

For all mobile and in-house classes, we ask a minimum of 5 with a maximum of 25.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cannot attend your scheduled class, you have up to 48 hours to cancel prior to its scheduled date. If you cannot cancel 48 hours before the class, a store credit will be given and honored up to 3 months from the date of cancellation. If you choose not to use your credit within that time, it will be voided. In order to cancel, please contact us at truthfulartstudio@gmail.com.

How long do the classes last?

Our classes are 2 hours long. We occasionally go over that time period, but you are not obligated to stay if you are finished.

What if I am late to the class?

If you are late to the class, you most certainly can still participate. You just may be behind a little, but we can get you caught up. Our classes begin no later than 10 minutes after initial start time.

Is there an age requirement for your kid’s classes?

Yes, age 4+. If under the age of 7, you need to be accompanied by an adult. Please refer to the kid's sign-up agreement upon booking for more information.

Cancellation of classes?

If there are a low number of sign-ups, we reserve the right to cancel that class and either give you a credit towards a future class or give you a refund.

What should I wear?

We encourage you not to wear good clothes. Although the paint we use is water-based acrylic, it will stain. We do offer everyone painting aprons upon class arrival & encourage everyone to wear them.

Are we allowed to bring food?

Yes! We welcome any appetizer or tray food (s) to the classes. We do not allow ordering of food in house studio, and we do not support any food that would be heated or in a crockpot. Napkins ONLY provided. Please feel free to bring utensils and plates.
